Method of making Potato Jalebi
Shopkeepers say that to make potato jalebi, a combination of potatoes, Kachchu, flour, curd, ghee, sugar and cardamom is used.

Making process
Sugar syrup:
Make syrup by boiling sugar and cardamom powder in water for 5-7 minutes.
Solution: Prepare a mixture of flour, curd, boiled and mashed potatoes and Kachu in a vessel.
Fry: Pour the batter into a cloth, make a hole in the cloth and deep fry the jalebi in hot oil until it becomes golden brown.
Soaking in syrup: Soak the jalebi in the syrup for 2-3 minutes. After this, the potato jalebi is completely ready and can be tasted. The price of a plate is 30 rupees which contains 5 potato jalebis.
